Patient.Yes, patient.I understand that at times it may be hard to do especially in holiday seasons.Even more  when waiting for purchases to arrive in time for the holidays.But we must understand that companies (indies as well as mainstream) get bombarded with orders and they get behind on shipping and even run out of stock.The companies may have a few people on staff.Their systems could have crashed.A number of things could happen that can cause delays.We must remember that on the other side of the screen are HUMANS who are working hard to get orders out,answering questions,updating systems, and such.Even in non holiday seasons we must also be patient.
