E.L.F eye primer review.

I bought this primer at Target for $1.I was skeptical at first.Since it was waaay cheaper than all the other primers.It works really well.I kept track for one day the time I put it on to the time I took it off.10:00am-8:47pm.There were barely any creases.My eyelids are made for creasing and the fact that the shadow was still great blew me away.However if you sweat it doesn't keep too well.
I applied it with the brush after two second while it's still wet I pat the primer all over my lid until it dries.Then I wait another two seconds so it dries completely then I pat on my eyeshadow.
